We are open Monday-Saturday, 9am-5pm and Sunday 9am-3pm.

Our Seconds Chicken products come in 10-12 lb. cases and vary each week.  We are not Brakebush Brothers, we are a customer of this plant and sell the overflow of Seconds.  Just because it’s packaged at the plant doesn’t necessarily mean we are able to get it for the store to sell.  Seconds are NOT uniform in size shape or weight and may not always be available.  Prices may vary!  Please do not open boxes in the store! We have pictures of each Seconds item on the doors in front of the boxes.  All sales are final and no returns!

We bag up the First Quality items in 1-2 lb. bags of the following items: (call for availability on these items, as we may not be able to get these each week)

  • Breast Fillets (boneless) – Fully Cooked Unbreaded, Garlic or Italian Seasoned and Breaded.

  • Unbreaded Breast Zips – Savory, Fajita and Tuscan.

  • Nuggets –  Zoo Crew Animal Shaped Nuggets,  Chik’N Fry Stix, and Unbreaded Nuggets.

  • Tenders – Tenderlicious, J-Crumb, Gold’N Spice and Potato Chip Breaded.

  • Boneless Wings – Breaded Buffalo, Breaded Tempura and Beer Battered.

  • Bone-In – Honey Touched Paddles and Drummettes, Naked Wings, Country Krisp Paddles and Drummettes, Inferno Wings, Buffalo Wings and Zippity Doo-Wa Ditties.

  • Formed Strips –  Gold’N Spice, Gluten Free and Fiery Fingers.

  • Formed Patties – Italian, Breaded and Grilled.

  • Cutlets – Breaded and Spicy Breaded

Our NON BRAKEBUSH Items Include: (call for availability to make sure we have these items)

  • Potato Pancakes, Shredded Hashbrowns, Hashbrown Patties, Brew City Fries and Brew City Waffle Fries, Curly Seasoned Fries, Potato Munchers, Sweet Potato Fries, Sour Cream & Chive Wedges.

  • Breaded Mushrooms, Breaded Pickles, Mozzerella Sticks, Mac and Cheese Bites, Broccoli Bites, Breaded Cauliflower, Corn Nuggets, Cheddar Nuggets, Green Beans and Onion Rings.

  • Malibu and Riviera Vegetable mixes, Onion/Peppers.

Bakery Items

  • Cinnamon Roll Dough, Asst.  Flavored Strudel Sticks, Apple or Cherry Turnovers, Cheddar Garlic Biscuit Dough,  Asst. Flavors of Cookie Dough, and Asst. Pies.

Other Items

  • Asst. Soups, Meatballs, Seafood, Weinke Products of Door County, Mustards and Sauces, Asst. Cheeses, Cheese Curds, Beef Sticks, Sausages from StoneRidge in Wautoma, Asst. Canned soda and bottled Water.

All Items Available While Supplies Last! Sorry, we have a No Return Policy and we cannot hold items!  All sales are final!
