We are open Monday-Saturday, 9am-5pm and Sunday 9am-3pm.

Our Seconds Chicken products come in 10-12 lb. cases and vary each week.  We are not Brakebush Brothers, we are a customer of the plant and sell the overflow of Seconds.  Just because it’s packaged at the plant doesn’t mean we are able to get it for the store to sell. 

Seconds are NOT uniform in size shape or weight and may not always be available.  Prices may vary!  Please do not open boxes in the store! We have pictures of each Seconds item on the doors in front of the boxes.  All sales are final and no returns!

• Boneless Wings – Breaded Buffalo, Breaded Tempura and Beer Battered.

• Bone-In – Honey Touched Paddles and Drummettes, Naked Wings, Inferno Wings, Buffalo Wings and Zippity Doo-Wa Ditties.

• Formed Breaded Strips –  Gold’N Spice, Gluten-Free and Fiery Fingers.

• Formed Patties – Breaded and Grilled.

• Sausage – Chicken Sausage Patties, Breakfast Sausage Crumbles, and Chicken Burgers

• Cutlets – Breaded and Spicy Breaded

• Malibu and Riviera Vegetable mixes, Onion/Peppers.

Bakery Items

• Cinnamon Roll Dough, Flavored Strudel Sticks, Apple or Cherry Turnovers, Cheddar Garlic Biscuit Dough, Cookie Dough, and Pies.

Other Items

• Soups, Meatballs, Seafood, Weinke Products of Door County, Mustards and Sauces, Cheeses, Cheese Curds, Beef Sticks, Sausages from StoneRidge in Wautoma, Canned soda and bottled water.
